I Can't Tell

If I am reading this sheet correctly....I think I placed out of English in college. I'm not quite sure about math though. This sheet is so hard to read! Kathleen...........HELP ME!!!!!!

Does it say "requirement satisfied"??? If so, like me, you placed out. Not that it's a huge feat, because they only require one class, but still.
